Coach Burdick retired from his 35 year teaching and coaching career in 2018. He stated that the two highlights of his life have been his 26 year marriage to his, “very understanding” wife Laurie and the “incomparable pleasure” of coaching his son Benjamin. He thanks all the dedicated coaches and athletes he has worked with and is proud to call them “friend” along his journey.
