The very popular MSTCA "Do It" Clinic is scheduled for Sunday, December 7th 2025, from 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center. Coaches can register their athletes by clicking on the button below

Clinicians include prominent college coaches, MSTCA Hall of Famers, active high school coaches, and experts from the track and field community. It’s a chance for athletes—novice to veteran—to learn the latest training innovations and get early-season technical work.

Events Offered:

Field Events: Shot Put, High Jump, Triple Jump, Long Jump (no Pole Vault)

Running Events: Hurdles, Sprints, Mid-Distance, Distance

Electives: Core Strength Training, Flexibility, Yoga, Injury Prevention, and more

Additional Details:

• The Clinic will begin at 10:00 am and conclude at 2:00 pm. Please make sure to arrive by 9:15 am.
• The Clinic is free to schools whose coach is a current MSTCA member. The cost of the Clinic is $75 for schools whose coach is not a current MSTCA member.
• After completing the form, coaches will receive a confirmation email from clinic director, Lou Tozzi.
• The final registration deadline is 7 pm on Tuesday, December 2, 2025
• Note: Limit of 6 Beginner entries per team in the Sprint Category
